6th Bodo Film Award 2024: The Bodo Cine Artistes’ Association (BCAA) celebrates excellence in Bodo Cinema, recognizing outstanding achievements across various categories such as Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, etc, and technical awards like Best Cinematography and Editing.
The BCCA organizes this annual event to honor and uplift Bodo filmmakers, actors, and other film industry contributors. Each year, the BCCA introduces new categories and special honors to encourage emerging talent and highlight films with strong cultural or social messages. The Bodo Film Awards plays a crucial role in promoting Bodo cinema’s unique narratives, languages and traditions.
BBCA is going to host the 6th Bodo Film Award ceremony on 25th November 2024, at Srimanta Sankaradeva International Auditorium Hall, Kalakshetra , Panjabari, Guwahati -37, featuring illustrious Bollywood actor PADMINI KOLHAPURE as chief guest.
The Bodo Film Awards, organized by Bodo Cine Artiste Association (BCAA), is the largest film award ceremony in the Bodo Film Industry. The event will feature number of performances by actors and singers. This year, BTR Government will provide financial support for the Bodoland Film Award 2024. The ceremony will take place on 25 November 2024, at the Srimanta Sankaradeva International Auditorium Hall, Kalakshetra , Panjabari, Guwahati -37.
Adding a touch of glamour to the event, The BBCA has invited Bollywood actress Padmini Kolhapure as the chief guest for the Bodo Film Award 2024. Known for her notable contributions to Indian Cinema and her roles in classic Bollywood films, Padmini Kolhapure’s presence is anticipated to cross over Bollywood with regional film industries like the Bodo Cinema.
